Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Marlo Sport. Here's everything you need 
to know about how we get your gear to you.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of 
purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing 
the next business day.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items have extended processing times that are noted on the 
individual product page at the time of purchase. Your order will ship 
as soon as the item becomes available.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Free shipping is available on all orders over $85. Shipping rates for 
orders under $85 are calculated at checkout based on your location and 
selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a 
tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

DELAYS
While we do our best to get every order out on time, occasional delays 
may occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues outside 
of our control. If you experience an issue with your shipment please 
reach out to us and we will make it right.
